Aeration Hire Equipment
A wide range of hire equipment is availble for short or long term hire. Typical applications needing an immediate aeration boost are:
- Overloaded plants
- Underperforming plants which are failing to meet discharge consent
- Emergency breakdowns
- Planned maintenance or plant refurbishment
- Short term increase in plant loading demanding additional capacity
Mechanical surface aerators and drop in fine bubble diffused aeration systems complete with pipework and blowers are available for immediate hire. The hire equipment is installed without disrupting the operation of the tank to provide an immediate boost to your plant.
Both the mechanical and diffused aeration systems can be supplied with variable speed drives for DO control if necessary. For fine bubble diffused systems the blowers are supplied with acoustic enclosures to minimise any noise nuisance. All pipework and connections are supplied to suit the particular plant requirements.
For sites with limited spare power, generator and fuel tanks can be included in the hire package together with optional ongoing fuel management. With the complete power supply and fuel management package you will have the peace of mind that your plant will have the uninterrupted performance boost it needs.
