The submerged / diffused aeration product range include discs or various diameters (125 mm to 300 mm), tubes, magnum, minipanel and band diffusers which can be suppled to provide ultrafine, fine, medium or coarse bubbles. The diffuser materials available include EPDM membrane, coated membrane, ceramic, urethane, silicone and speciality polymer membrane options.
The choice of diffuser type, material and perforation pattern are specifically matched to your particular application so you get the best performance and value possible. If you are unsure of the best option for your plant, specialists are available to provide any help or guidance you need.
Systems are capable of aeration efficiencies up to 6.5 kgO2 /kWh and 8% SOTE (standard oxygen treansfer efficiency) per metre submergence. These systems can be permanently fixed to the aeration tank floor or specifically designed to be removed while the tank remains in service. All diffuser options are constructed from premium quality materials offering unrivalled operating life.

Effective design of any new aeration system must consider the air distribution main. Airmain and Blower Packages...
To make sure that you have the lowest ownership cost for the operating life of your aeration system, the blowers, airmain and diffuser system should be designed as a single entity as opposed to separately. By doing this it is possible to actually reduce your capital expenditure as well as the ongoing operating cost of the equipment.
